Here is page 11 of a 78-page booklet published by Harry P. Albrecht entitled "Those Amazing Class 'D' Locomotives." It was issued originally in June of 1981. Partial Caption: "At Jersey City, N.J., October 20, 1886." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #930, a D-5 (4-4-0) "American" built in the Altoona Machine Shops during October of 1873, renumbered "558" in September of 1899, and sold to the Webster Coal & Coke Company in October of 1899.
