Jon Clark General Thats because CR 3317 was involved in some sort of accident in the 80s and needed its cab replaced. Juniata took a cab from a yormer Erie 6 axle EMD as a donor, and the end result was the horn remaining in the same position on the 3017 as it was on the Erie unit.
