Baera HC. Here is the tenth of twelve original photos by an unidentified photographer that were taken at the Horseshoe Curve near Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1946. Shown here is a pair of unidentified Pennsylvania Railroad I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapods" pushing a mixed-cargo freight train around the Curve and up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin, where they will be uncoupled and returned to Altoona for yet another helper/pusher run up "The Mountain."
