| UP 6072 is a 2-8-0 on display at Fort Riley, Kansas. When we visited there around Columbus Day 2011 the engine was open to the public. I can only imagine what the kids and the dad were thinking. Probably many a boy the same age as that one grew up to run engines like these and even bigger ones. |
