Texas, Oklahoma & Eastern GP40-2 D-15 was parked outside the De Queen & Eastern/TO&E shop at De Queen, Arkansas on Sunday 9 February 1975. The locomotive had been built for the TO&E in December 1972 and went to the Clarendon & Pittsford as the 306 in November 2000. It later went to General American Marks (GMTX) as the 3204 in trade for a GP38-2. |
