| The third train to appear was headed up by this immaculate Indiana Harbor Belt loco #4016. The paint nearly glistened as it passed by with its Loram rail laying train. The loco pulled through and then backed the long string of mainenance of way cars into a slot in the IHB yard just west of the Lincoln Avenue crossing. |
