Tom Beckett	General	Judging by the large crowd with a lot of cameras, I'm guessing this is on a fantrip. This unit would run for about 25 years in this scheme. The last FL 9's were retired around 2010-I'd have to check for actual dates-at the time of this photo, they were still new to this scheme, having gone into service, mostly on the Danbury Branch, where this was taken, less than a year earlier.	10/25/2020 5:46:41 AM

Still wearing its heritage paint scheme, originally NH 2005, now MNCR ran commuter service. Now, the loco is currently working as GSLX 2002 (Silcott Railway Equipment Ltd) as of 2020. Wm H. Madden slide
