TRB. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at the Rockville Bridge near Marysville, Pennsylvania, perhaps in 1946. Shown here are two Pennsylvania Railroad M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" Class locomotives. The one on the left is pulling a mixed-cargo freight train toward the Enola Yards, while the one on the right is about to cross the Bridge with a passenger train on its way to Harrisburg and points East. Note the second shutter-bug on the left! |
