L863 power heads to the tie-up track while another power set idles         
The L863 off the Reedsburg Sub snuck up on me, so only managed handheld video as it crossed Commercial Avenue. 4173 was the WSOR 4004. Behind 3928 is 4185 (formerly WSOR 4051), which has a bit of a smoking problem.
