| A CN local parallels and crosses S. Whitman Ave. as it shoves along the track which connects the former SOO yard (behind me) to the former C&NW yard at Appleton Junction, WI on 29 Sep. '17. An old caboose is partially visible at right. It is painted as RI 17177. Some references claim it was not their caboose, but MILW. The sign for Foremost is visible at left. They have a spur, but it has not been used for quite a while. |
