| Intertape Polymer is behind the local switch job in Menasha. The spur with the maintenance vehicle is for one of Alliance Industries two buildings, each with a spur. I have not seen a revenue car spotted at either for at least twenty years. Intertape Polymer is a busy rail customer though. |
