| LW 62013 is a bulkhead flat car, not carrying a visible load today, in Jefferson City, MO on 1-19-2014. This car was coupled to GP60 1945 that day. Any idea why the bulkheads are so low? I've seen similar cars from IC/ICG, for example, where the bulkhead was much taller. |
