Former CO 3178 built in 1969, extended vision caboose on a Western Maryland Scenic Railroad excursion in Frostburg. The caboose was involved in an accident at the yard in Ridgely on 10/16/05 and had to undergo extensive repairs. Ater being repainted again, the name Richard E. Markle was added in memory of the longtime WMSR conductor. |
