| After a nearly 4 hour delay caused by a highway traffic incident at the PA Rt. 54 crossing about 2 miles west of here, NS 66D on the Industrial Track passes an empty PPLX train of aluminum coal gons at PPL's Montour Power Plant. The empty PPLX train, NS 643, would be the first "Ridge" train to operate over the NBER since that line sustained washouts from severe storms on June 27, 2013. |
