The Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad's latest addition sits at the station in Scottdale. This is the first GP40-3 on their roster and a much needed horsepower upgrade for their trains. Still in its old KCS paint. Note the old PRR whistle post on the right. Built as MILW 170 GP40 in January 1967 then later became SOO 2043 GP40 and KCS 4737 GP40-3. |
