A quick stop at the Kingston Waterfront netted this shot of a classic deisel parked by the trolley museum. A worker doing landscaping said the unit runs great and the museum uses her to switch cars and pull the tourist train thru The Strand, a portion of the Kingston Waterfront, during the summer. This unit was built in 1943 by Whitcomb Locomotive Works and was former US Army # 7980. |
