Certainly one of the odder cars I've ever shot- Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission no.5, a drop-bottom gondola converted for scale car use. The small group of cars with these reporting marks were co-owned by the states of Washington and Oregon, with each side of the car wearing the title of one. WUTX 5 is shown at UP's Argo Yard in Seattle. |
