After tying their train down for the evening just east of Lebanon, Nebraska, the crew of NKCR's eastbound train on the St. Francis Line prepares to depart for Holdrege again the next morning. The three engines (DLCX GP40-2 6410 [originally DT&I 410], ILSX GP39-2 1390 [originally KCCX 795] and NKCR GP30M 5 [originally B&O 6923]) can easily handle the 43 loads and five empties. |
