Delivered to Baltimore & Ohio as B&O 3695 GP40 in November 1966, it would become B&O 6511 then CSXT 6511 until retirement on July 16, 1991. Morrison Knudsen purchased and rebuilt this unit releasing it as SP 7127 GP40M-2 on July 30, 1991. After the Union Pacific merger this unit was initially assigned UP 5405 but never received this number and instead became UP 1505 on March 30, 2002. |
