| Stopped to receive order from the dispatcher via "hooping" up to the engineer is Conrail SD40-2 #6508. Built by EMD in September of 1979 for Conrail, the loco was later sent to the CSX roster as #8859 on the CR breakup. Pennsylvania rail fan Frank Spieles caught this rare "order hooping" moment. |
