| Missouri Pacific 1955 was photographed at the former MP-T&P yard in Alexandria. This unit was constructed in 1962 as Missouri Pacific 457, one of 100 MP low-nose GP18's built in 1962-63 using trucks and other components from traded-in Alco Fa and FB units. The 1955 was retired in 1984, during a mass retirement of MP GP18's, and subsequently scrapped. |
