JRS 91         
A Johnson Rail Services GE B70 previously assigned to the Skyland Power Plant in NC sits stored with the cabooses under restoration. This loco is actually a 35 tonner but there wasn't a choice for 35 tonner in the drop down menu so i listed it as a 25 and included that fact in the notes section.
