| Left to Right: CR ex PC ex PRR Pittsburgh/Chicago main (now NS); CR branch to the Republic Steel plant a mile or south; NW ex NKP ex WLE spur to the freight station across the river & line south to Navarre (now long gone); Chessie ex B&O line south to Wheeling (now RJ Corman/Ohio Central & abandoned south of Dover 20 miles south.) Interesting about the Republic Steel spur is all 3 lines took turns in switching it, each taking 4 months of the year. |
